The expert review panel of Hubei Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Hydropower evaluated and exchanged ideas on our company's power station project

　　     On the afternoon of April 26, 2023, a panel of experts from Hubei Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Hydropower visited our company to conduct a third-party evaluation of a certain photovoltaic power station project and had a work exchange with our company. The expert review panel is composed of Director Zhu Guangbo from the School of Water Resources and Hydropower, as well as photovoltaic teachers Liu Yue, Feng Lun, Xiang Ping, and outstanding student representatives Wang Zhuofei. Meng Aofei, Vice President of Zhongbu Qingtian and General Manager of Heguang Qingtian, organized and led middle-level and above cadres from Heguang Qingtian to participate in the review and exchange activities.

      Hubei Water Resources and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College is under the jurisdiction of Hubei Water Resources Department. Founded in 1952, it started from water resources and hydropower and has developed for more than 70 years. It has become an old professional school in the power system, providing a large number of high-precision and specialized talents for the national power system. The school has been deeply involved in the field of photovoltaics for many years. In 2016, it was the first to open a photovoltaics major in central China. The school has invested heavily in building a complete photovoltaic industry chain training classroom and teaching materials. Currently, it offers majors such as photovoltaic power plant design, photovoltaic power plant construction and operation. The school's photovoltaic team has currently been awarded the title of "National Innovation Team for Photovoltaic Engineering Technology". The members of the judging panel this time are "the first batch of national level vocational education teacher teaching innovation team backbone members", "national level teaching resource library course leaders", etc.

　　     During the review, our Vice President Meng Aofei, Minister of Technical Engineering Ding Sheng, and Development Manager Liu Gang reported to the expert panel on the overall plan, specific design and construction plans, and operation and maintenance plans of the reviewed project. The expert panel reviewed and scored each proposal one by one, and put forward improvement suggestions on some issues in the proposal. The evaluation project was ultimately approved with high scores by the expert panel.

     Subsequently, both parties engaged in enthusiastic communication. Meng Ao, General Manager of Heguang Qingtian,

introduced our current business segments, core technology equipment, ongoing projects, and future development plans to

Director Zhu Guangbo and members of the judging panel. Director Zhu affirmed the progress of our company's various

technologies and related work. Regarding the requirements and expectations for the details of future cooperation between the

two parties in the field of photovoltaics, he said, "From practical application to engineering, this exchange plays an important

role in accelerating project progress and promoting long-term economic and social benefits.

     At the end of the meeting, Director Zhu extended an invitation to our company, hoping that both parties would communicate

more in the future and establish a school enterprise cooperation platform with the school as soon as possible. He hoped that

more teachers and students would be involved in enterprise projects, and our employees would bring projects into the school.

Both parties would use the projects to establish a bridge and truly implement school enterprise cooperation.
