一、技術基礎

Technical Foundation

光伏組件主要由太陽能電池片、面板玻璃、EVA 膠膜、TPT 背板膜、鋁合金邊框和接線盒等部件構成。這些部件的選擇和檢驗對組件的質量和性能至關重要。例如,太陽能電池片需檢驗外觀、色差、電阻率以及在特定光照、溫度條件下的輸出電流、輸出電壓和穩(wěn)定耐用性等參數;面板玻璃需具備高透光率、抗沖擊能力強和使用壽命長等特點;EVA 膠膜則需滿足固化條件、透光率、交聯度、剝離強度和耐老化性能等指標。

Photovoltaic modules are mainly composed of solar cells, panel glass, EVA film, TPT backsheet film, aluminum alloy frames, and junction boxes. The selection and inspection of these components are crucial to the quality and performance of the modules. For example, solar cells need to be inspected for parameters such as appearance, color difference, resistivity, output current, output voltage, and stable durability under specific light and temperature conditions; panel glass should have characteristics such as high light transmittance, strong impact resistance, and long service life; EVA film needs to meet indicators such as curing conditions, light transmittance, cross-linking degree, peel strength, and aging resistance.

二、工藝流程

Process Flow

光伏組件的生產工藝流程主要包括電池片檢測、電池片單焊、電池片串焊、組件層疊、組件層壓、安裝邊框和接線盒、成品測試和包裝入庫等多個步驟。每個步驟都相互依存,共同決定了組件的最終質量和性能。

The production process of photovoltaic modules mainly includes multiple steps such as cell inspection, cell single welding, cell string welding, module lamination (lay-up), module laminating, installation of frames and junction boxes, finished product testing, and packaging for storage. Each step is interdependent and collectively determines the final quality and performance of the module.

電池片檢測:作為光伏組件加工環(huán)節(jié)的主要原材料,電池片的性能直接決定光伏組件質量好壞。因此,需對電池片的外觀、色差、電阻率以及在特定光照、溫度條件下的輸出電流、輸出電壓和穩(wěn)定耐用性等參數進行檢測。

Cell inspection: As the main raw material in the photovoltaic module processing 環(huán)節(jié),the performance of solar cells directly determines the quality of photovoltaic modules. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect parameters such as the appearance, color difference, resistivity of the cells, as well as output current, output voltage, and stable durability under specific light and temperature conditions.

電池片單焊和串焊:單焊是將焊帶平放在電池片的主柵線上,用烙鐵進行焊接;串焊則是將規(guī)定數量已焊好的電池片背面向上排在模板上,用烙鐵將后一電池片引出的焊錫條壓焊在前一電池片的背電極上。焊接過程中需確保焊接牢固、無毛刺、無虛焊及錫渣,表面光滑美觀。

Cell single welding and string welding: Single welding involves placing the solder strip flat on the main grid line of the cell and welding with a soldering iron; string welding involves arranging a specified number of welded cells face down on a template, and using a soldering iron to press and weld the solder strip 引出 from the latter cell onto the back electrode of the former cell. During the welding process, it is necessary to ensure firm welding, no burrs, no cold solder joints or solder dregs, and a smooth and beautiful surface.

組件層疊:將鋼化玻璃抬到疊層工作臺上,平鋪一層 EVA,再放上符合組件板型的定位模板,將電池串正確擺放在 EVA 上,并按照圖樣要求及定位模板調整電池串的位置。最后,按照組件拼接圖及電壓要求正確焊接匯流帶,并將條形碼貼于規(guī)定位置上。

Module lamination (lay-up): Lift the tempered glass onto the lamination workbench, lay a layer of EVA flat, then place a positioning template that matches the module plate type, correctly place the cell strings on the EVA, and adjust the position of the cell strings according to the drawing requirements and positioning template. Finally, correctly weld the bus bar according to the module splicing diagram and voltage requirements, and paste the barcode at the specified position.

組件層壓:將敷設好的電池放入層壓機內,通過抽真空將組件內的空氣抽出,然后加熱使 EVA 熔化將電池、玻璃和背板粘接在一起。層壓工藝是組件生產的關鍵一步,需精確控制層壓溫度、時間和抽真空時間等參數。

Module laminating: Put the laid cells into the laminator, extract the air from the module by vacuuming, then heat to melt the EVA to bond the cells, glass, and backsheet together. The laminating process is a key step in module production, requiring precise control of parameters such as lamination temperature, time, and vacuuming time.

安裝邊框和接線盒:在鋁合金邊框凹槽內均勻地打上硅膠,將組件嵌入鋁合金凹槽中,啟動裝框機完成裝框。同時,在相應規(guī)格的接線盒背面和引出線根部周圍均勻打上硅膠,粘上接線盒,并把引線接入接線盒。

Installing frames and junction boxes: Apply silicone evenly in the groove of the aluminum alloy frame, embed the module into the aluminum alloy groove, and start the framing machine to complete framing. At the same time, apply silicone evenly around the back of the junction box of the corresponding specification and the root of the lead-out wire, stick the junction box, and connect the lead wire to the junction box.

成品測試和包裝入庫:對組裝好的光伏組件進行成品測試,包括絕緣耐壓測試、接地連續(xù)性測試和 IV 測試等,以確定組件的電性能參數和分檔。最后,對測試合格的組件進行清洗和包裝入庫。

Finished product testing and packaging for storage: Conduct finished product testing on the assembled photovoltaic modules, including insulation withstand voltage testing, ground continuity testing, and IV testing, to determine the electrical performance parameters and grading of the modules. Finally, clean, package, and store the qualified modules.

三、設備操作

Equipment Operation

光伏組件生產設備與組件制備的各個工藝流程相對應,主要設備包括激光劃片機、串焊機、自動疊層設備、層壓機、EL 測試儀、自動擺框裝框機、接線盒焊接機、組件翻轉單元、IV 曲線測試儀和包裝產線等。這些設備的操作和維護需遵循嚴格的操作規(guī)程和維護計劃,以確保設備的正常運行和組件的質量穩(wěn)定。
