采用自主研發(fā)的控制軟件、直接導(dǎo)入CAD數(shù)據(jù)CCD相機(jī)定位自動激光刻蝕,操作簡單,方便快捷;通過軟件實時調(diào)節(jié)振鏡與直線電機(jī)、電動升降工作臺的設(shè)計,加上真空吸附托盤裝置,能有效地解決激光刻蝕加工運行中的平穩(wěn)性。設(shè)備集數(shù)控技術(shù)、激光技術(shù)、軟件技術(shù)等光機(jī)電高技術(shù)于一體,具有高靈活性、高精度、高速度等先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的特征。可大范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行各種圖案,各種尺寸的精密、高速刻蝕,并且能夠保證很高的產(chǎn)能,是一個可靠、穩(wěn)定和具有高性能價格比的產(chǎn)品。

Our equipment uses selfdeveloped control software, which allows for automatic laser etching with CCD camera positioning by directly importing CAD data. It is easy to operate and convenient. The realtime adjustment of the galvanometer and linear motor, as well as the electric lift worktable, combined with the vacuum adsorption tray device, effectively ensures the stability of the laser etching process. The equipment integrates numerical control technology, laser technology, and software technology, embodying the characteristics of advanced manufacturing technology such as high flexibility, high precision, and high speed. It can perform precise and highspeed etching of various patterns and sizes over a wide range, ensuring high productivity. It is a reliable, stable, and high-performancetoprice ratio product.

激光設(shè)備在鈣鈦礦制備中的作用,主要是將大面積電池片分切成多個等面積的子電池片,并實現(xiàn)多個子電池間的串聯(lián),同時激光設(shè)備還可在基片上雕刻字符、二維碼等可追溯信息,以及企業(yè)LOGO。

The role of laser equipment in perovskite preparation is mainly to cut large-area solar cells into multiple equalarea subcells and achieve series connection between these subcells. Additionally, the laser equipment can engrave characters, QR codes, and other traceable information, as well as corporate logos, on the substrate.

由于單一波長激光對材料的加工存在一定的局限性,為了保證每一層的加工效果與質(zhì)量,我們針對鈣鈦礦電池每一層不同的材料,選用了不同的激光進(jìn)行刻蝕加工,分別對應(yīng)P1/P2/P3/P4。

Due to the limitations of singlewavelength lasers in material processing, in order to ensure the processing effect and quality of each layer, we have selected different lasers for etching different materials in each layer of perovskite solar cells, corresponding to P1/P2/P3/P4.

基本功能介紹

Basic Function Introduction

1)選擇性刻蝕太陽能器件的不同功能層來完成太陽能組件的制備;

2)**基片能達(dá)到 300mm*300mm(可根據(jù)需求定制);

2)The maximum substrate size can reach 300mm × 300mm (customizable according to demand).

3)死區(qū)面積最小寬度150μm;

3)The minimum width of the dead zone area is 150μm.

4)能有效的有選擇性的在不同基底(包括剛性和柔性)去除 TCO,電子傳輸層/活性層/空穴傳輸層和金屬;

4)It can effectively and selectively remove TCO, electron transport layer/active layer/hole transport layer, and metals on different substrates (including rigid and flexible ones).

5)能有效控制激光在操作過程中對已有材料的熱影響、火山口、缺陷控制;

6)能與手套箱集成,并具備控溫功能與惰性氣體循環(huán)功能(選配);

設(shè)備介紹

Equipment Introduction

根據(jù)不同場景的需求,配置納秒脈寬的紅外光纖(1064nm)、綠光(532nm)波段光源;皮秒脈寬的紅外光纖(1064nm)、綠光(532nm)、紫外(355nm)波段光源;飛秒脈寬的紅外光纖(1030nm)、綠光(515nm)波段光源進(jìn)行微精細(xì)激光刻蝕、劃線、構(gòu)造去除、劃片、表面剝離等應(yīng)用。

Depending on the needs of different scenarios, we configure light sources with nanosecond pulse width, including infrared fiber (1064nm) and green light (532nm) wavelengths; picosecond pulse width light sources, including infrared fiber (1064nm), green light (532nm), and ultraviolet (355nm) wavelengths; and femtosecond pulse width light sources, including infrared fiber (1030nm) and green light (515nm) wavelengths. These are used for microfine laser etching, scribing, structure removal, dicing, and surface stripping applications.
